Gelateria Vernazza has two outlets, one in La Spezia (spoiler alert: the other one is in Vernazza). It is by far the best ice cream shop in the Cinque Terre and perhaps one of the best in Italy. Their signature flavours are Crema Vernazza and Crema del Golfo.
