The King of England once visited this area under the name of "Lord Renfrew" as not to draw attention to his hunting party. The area that was prairie land was turned in to a park to memorialize the King's trip. Renfrew park also has the iconic Rocket Ship. Climb up to the top and view the beauty of the park; catch a summertime baseball game, enjoy a picnic, or just enjoy the quiet calm of nature. The Dwight pool is just on the other side of the park. Cool off with a dip in the clear water, and enjoy a snack at the concession stand.
