The Big Tree is 15 minutes south of us. It has many walking trails, a bathroom and parking area.

The Big Tree Wayside is a must see. the tree is huge 286 feet tall, diameter of 23.7 feet, 74.5 feet in circumference and over 1500 years old. Easy walk to The Big Tree. there are 2 little hikes that branch off from The Big Tree.
