How about a walk on the glacier? The beautiful Nigardsbreen Glacier is well worth the trip.

I recommend combining this with a trip to Sognefjord, alternatively also a visit to the Urnes Stave church

The experienced glacier guides at Nigardsbreen offer a wide range of well-organised glacier hikes on the blue ice, both for children as young as 6 years old and for those who are looking for something more challenging. Daily tours from may to september. Buy tickets at Breheimsenteret glacier museum, Jostedalen. No experience or special equipment needed! Just bring warm clothes and good shoes. Sun glasses, sun protection lotion, packed lunch and someting to drink is recommended, at least for the longest walks.
