BDI: 4 minute walk. South on Cockburn st, right (west) on Jubilee st, half a block up you will find the BDI which serves specialty icecream and has vegan/dairy free options as well. Winnipeg's pick up an ice cream and walk spot. The only spot that we found with no dairy soft ice-cream if you are lactose intolerant or vegan.
