Carlos Brazilian International Cuisine ($$$) 7 min. drive, Cave Spring. The main dining room of this restaurant was inspired by the great room and master bedroom in Brookwood House. The same individual designed both Brookwood House and the main dining room in Carlos' restaurant.

Excellent food, Nice atmosphere but open and can be loud at times. I really enjoy the different cuisine they offer. Also in congested area of town so lots to do in surrounding area.

I enjoy their food & atmosphere. Beautiful view of the mountains in the front dining room or from the patio.

One of our "special occasion" favorites, Carlos never, ever lets us down. Any of their specials will always be a treat, as are the seafood and steak dishes. Great wine list, awesome desserts!
