Cowgirl Creamery Cheese Shop

Cowgirl not only makes its own wonderful cheese, it also has a shop overflowing with the best American and European cheeses. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I love Cowgirl’s founders, Sue and Peggy. They’ve mentored many cheesemakers and support local farmers. At their adjacent cheese-centric eatery, Sidekick, they serve raclette on the weekends. It’s a gooey melted-cheese snack draped over toast and comes with a side of pickles. It’s totally addictive.
