Cute family ran coffee shop - great beans (last we checked were from Elysian in Vancouver). Try the home-made pastries they offer. They also have some pre-made soups, and sandwiches available daily.

Just a short drive to Historic Halfmoon Bay. This small cafe has good food, simple breakfasts and a friendly atmosphere. A short walk with an ice cream or coffee down the government dock is highly recommended.
