The National Museum of Computing is home to the world's largest collection of working historic computers.
The museum brings to life the history and ongoing development of computing for inspiration, education, learning and enjoyment. They conserve, restore, reconstruct, and give hands-on access to historic computers and related artefacts – with a particular focus on those which were the result of pioneering British ingenuity. Through their education programme, festivals, lectures, demonstrations and visitor activities, they set past and emerging technologies in the context of our rapidly developing information age to inspire future generations of computer scientists, engineers and inventors.
