This is on the upper Guadalupe River before the waters enter Canyon Lake. Currently this is the only place I've been able to find that still rents canoes/rafts and provides shuttle during COVID

For a reasonable fee these guys can drive you up river so you can kayak back to the river property or you can kayak down river from the river and they will bring you back. They also rent everything you may need.
