Rocky coastal area & tidal pools teeming with small fish for snorkeling, plus showers & restrooms.
Once a volcano, now a mellow cove that offers a safe place to snorkel. You can also venture out outside the cove. Don’t worry, you won’t see any sharks here.
Haleiwa in and out of itself is the coolest little town to explore but you can't leave without visiting this North Shore favorite. Don't let the name scare you, Shark's Cove has some of the best snorkeling on island. A rental shack on the other side of the road caters to tourists wanting to explore the cove and all the wildlife that it has to offer. Make sure to bring water shoes- at least for the little ones. Volcanic rock is sharp and the sand here is very grainy. There is parking both on the dining and snorkel rental side as well as along the beach. Rest Rooms are closest to the shops.
