The dinner specials are always good here but I usually go for a salad and pizza. Try something new and go with the Tara pizza, named after the owner. A tip for eating lunch here--> There is a back patio here that is quite pleasant and not everyone knows it's there so sometimes it is like a private venue. When the weather's nice it's the perfect place to enjoy your pizza and beer.

About a block away, this Italian restaurant gives wonderful service and great eats all near by. Also, a place to try local brews specific to CA.
