The path to what is now The Hudson Gardens & Event Center began in 1941 when King and Evelyn Hudson purchased five acres of land on a two-lane dirt road off of S. Santa Fe Drive. Hudson and Evelyn Leigh Hudson Foundation in order that their land may become an asset to the community for generations to come.
