Uluwatu is an iconic surf spot. Temples, Main Peak, Racetrack and Outside Corner. If it is really small this place will be as almost as crowded as anywhere. If this is the case try Nyang Nyang or Greenballs. Lots of warungs to stop and have some cheap eats and drinks and store your stuff while you surf.
