This trail follows a cascading brook .7 mile up to Dimond Notch Falls, a 15ft waterfall. There are many large boulders to lay in the sun and access to the brook in several places (Its usually pretty cold though). You can continue all the way up the the Hunter mountain summit if you have it in you. There are 2 parking lots, a larger one about .3 miles from the trailhead and a smaller (maybe 10 cars) right at the trailhead.
