FUNKY GOURMET, Creative greek cuisine.Another excellent year for Georgianna Hiliadakis, Nikos Roussos and their team at the restaurant of Kerameikos, which has a sense of secret rendezvous or some kind of initiation, since you have to ring the bell of a closed door to enter. Original sequences of dishes with Greek nuances and a theatrical character, superior technique, imagination and taste in three wonderful, playful menus, which stimulate the senses and the mind, alternating complex conceptual compositions and minimalist masterpieces. Top dish: Snails, earthy flavors, with black truffle, mushrooms, barley and cappuccino leaves. Two Toque d'Or awards for 2016
