Yes it's fast food, however chubby's has become a staple in Colorado. If you want some awesome green chili smothering something, you have to check this place out.

If you love spicy food like myself, you'll want to try The Original Chubbys. I recommend the chili cheese fries with chicarones and maybe some sour cream if you're game.
