Detour caters well for the dietary sensitive, with its menu split into omnivore and herbivore options, and a completely gluten-free kitchen – only a couple of dishes contain gluten with those glutenous elements prepared off site. While Damon’s style has certainly evolved since Public, he’s brought back many of the curious ingredients and much-loved dishes that once featured on his menu – think black ants, Hawaiian curry and fossilised carrots.
