the ten owners emptied their bank accounts and opened a brewery. It's minimal and there is no music (which I think is great). Really good brews. The 13 degree and the IPA are beers that are hard to find. They have a public event space in the basement. Their food is debatable. Good "Hermelin" (baked Camenbert)
