To save time as a host when replying to common questions or sending common messages, you can create quick reply templates . These templates can be personalized with shortcodes that dynamically fill in guest, reservation, and listing details.

If you host with a team, team members with guest management permissions will share the same set of quick replies to make it easy to share best practices. Any saved messages you previously created will now be accessible in your team’s shared inbox.

If you want to send these templates automatically based on a trigger event like a new reservation, check-in, or checkout, learn more about scheduled messaging.

  1. Go to your hosting Inbox
  2. Open the folder menu.
  3. Select Quick Replies.

  5. Enter a name to identify this template (this won’t be shown to guests).
  6. Type your message and insert shortcodes to customize the message.
